The HF 11 is a heavy duty, portable hostile fire simulator that is used to enhance training by providing realistic battlefield sights and sounds. The device can be incorporated into AROS or operated independently by a UHF control box. It has the ability to detonate up to 20 individual shots that can simulate artillery shell burst, tank fire, target hit signature or artillery smoke screen.
